- **On-device storage**: all app data (sauna session logs, timer records, personal stats, and preferences) is stored locally on your device using the standard app storage provided by iOS. Data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it through iOS system features (e.g. the share sheet).

We do not share your information with third parties. Sauna Logger does not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or backend services. All data stays on your device.
We may disclose information if required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.

You can:
- **Access your data**: visible in the App; contact us for an export.
- **Delete your data**: because all data is stored locally on your device, you can permanently delete all Sauna Logger data at any time by deleting the app from your device, or by using the in-app data reset option in Settings if available.

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively, including the right to access, correct, port, and delete your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
